I am Christina Gwynn Perricone. I was born and raised in Yuma, graduating from Yuma High School in 1988. I went on to study at Loyola Marymount University, graduating in 1992 with a degree in Urban Studies with an emphasis on Planning and Zoning. I have been active in the real estate industry since 1998, assisting buyers and sellers with residential, agricultural and commercial transactions. Hello, I'm Jill Cook Gwynn. I was born and raised in Yuma and graduated from Cibola High School in 1995. I graduated from the University of Arizona in May 2000 with a degree in Elementary Education and was a school teacher for three years before my career in real estate. I have been in the business of new home construction for 10 years now (first, in Picacho, and now, Terra Bella) and I must say handing over the keys to a brand new home is my very favorite part!
